Well-being isn't easy to
define, but includes the following:
- being in contact with who you really are
- feeling good about yourself
- remembering to pay
attention to what makes you happy
- living your life with
integrity - saying "yes" to what you want and
"no" to what you
don't - being true to yourself
- being able to flow with
the ups and downs of life
- staying in touch with
your body so that you can notice the signals it gives you
and take care of it appropriately so that it stays healthy
- a good work-life balance
- feeling a part of the
world and enjoying nourishing relationships
It can feel really rewarding
to
relax and restore your connection with yourself and with the
present moment - which is what life is really about.
Biodynamic massage smoothes out the jagged edges in your energy and restores a
balanced flow through your body so that you once again feel both
energised and relaxed - ready to meet and relish life.
It's like "coming home
to yourself."
