garden photography

I have always been keen on photography, but in the last few years have become significantly better equipped, have been on courses with wildlife photographer Hugh Harrop, landscape and travel photographer David Noton, and garden photographer Clive Nichols.

I have had lots of practice taking shots of my own garden (see right), and have been a regular visitor to Great Dixter, the Beth Chatto gardens, Anglesey Abbey and East Bergholt.

During 2014 I became a probationary member of the Garden Media Guild and Professional Garden Photographers Association.

I am keen to participate in projects with a view to publication and am happy to take on work for charitable institutions.

I am a passionate plantswoman - so in this respect am perhaps "the gardener's photographer" - and am told my photographs capture the spirit of a garden.

A wide range of my work can be seen on Flickr.
