Wednesday mornings 9:45-11am
This class may start in the autumn if there is sufficient interest. Please email me or call 01353 624284 if you would be interested.

These classes will be followed by a half hour break with free tea/coffee for course participants. I will then run a separate sharing/meditation group.

Cost of sessions in Wicken is £9 for a single session, or pay for 10 in advance for only £70 (which need not be consecutive sessions: only sessions when you attend count). Payment by cash or cheque only. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcomed, and newcomers can join at any time.
