Printed documents

Whether you want a leaflet, brochure, folder or a larger publication, I am happy to help.

I like to be involved as early as possible, for example when you are just starting to develop the concept. A few pointers at this stage can speed things along and hopefully prevent you wandering down too many blind alleys of exploration!

Keeping it simple is the key. Be sure of what you want your printed document to achieve from the very outset - and keen this goal in mind throughout the development of the design.

Clear text is also important; here I can assist either by writing text from provided 'bullet point' style information, or to edit your supplied copy.
See other sections of this site for details of illustrative and photographic contributions.

Projects I have been involved with include:

  • 'The TOF Child' (book by the charity TOFS) - a project I planned, commissioned authors for, illustrated, created page layouts and had printed. I have also created various leaflets and booklets for TOFS, and was responsible for the newsletter 'Chew' between 1998 and 2005.
  • Brochures/promotional literature for many UK veterinary practices
  • Brochures/folders and inserts for residential care homes and day centres for the elderly
  • Journal production and creation of promotional literature for the Association of Holistic Biodynamic Massage Therapists
