Many people have heard about 'touch therapies' and the therapeutic benefits they can bring. But they often come to realise that they haven't experienced truly being touched as a person - in a way which recognises and accepts who they are and awakens a felt sense in them of being fully 'alive' - until they try biodynamic massage therapy.

Its speciality lies in the way it helps you to process life events. How often do people tell you (or do you tell yourself!) to 'just get over it'? It's a nice idea, but not so easy in practice. Often our rational mind is of little help in such matters; no matter how much we know we should let go and move on, we can't 'will' it to happen. Furthermore, how do you know when you have 'got over it'? For many people it's because they 'feel' better ... feeling being a body-based experience rather than a mental phenomena.

Biodynamic massage therapy can help you to deal with stress and stress-related conditions. It can also facilitate 'moving on' ... from the loss of a partner, family member, friend, pet, job or role in life ... from a traumatic event such as a car accident ... from depression/anxiety, or many different kinds of physical illness). Perhaps most importantly, however, it fosters an increased ability to be fully aware of yourself and what you really want in life; it makes you more available to enjoy the things which make life worth living.
